This policy explains how Molina, Dew, Dexter, and Detona (the “Bots”) use information while providing features in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang – Philippines Discord community.
When you use a Bot, Discord supplies identifiers and context needed for the feature, such as user, role, server, channel, message, and interaction IDs. The Bots may also process your Discord name, display image, roles, messages, attachments, and command inputs when required to respond or moderate. Discord separately controls information under its own privacy policy.
Discord user IDs associated with temporary voice-channel IDs so channel ownership can be managed.
Discord user IDs, participation, guesses, timestamps, event numbers, points, candies, ornaments, egg counts, and temporary event-mute timing used for egg hunts, Q&A, trick-or-treat, Christmas tree, guessing, and related events.
Anonymous entries do not store a raw Discord user ID. Dew stores the entry content and a keyed, one-way HMAC-SHA256 digest derived from the author’s ID. Routine logs and administrator views label the author “Anonymous” and do not expose the ID, name, mention, or digest.
The digest lets Dew enforce a journal mute without keeping recoverable identity in the database. It is not reversible from the database alone. However, an operator who possesses the server-side secret key and a candidate Discord ID could calculate a digest for comparison. The secret is kept outside the database and the feature is not designed to identify anonymous authors.
Identified journal entries keep the author’s Discord user ID because the author is publicly displayed on the entry. All new entries also receive the keyed digest so the same mute applies whether that person later submits anonymously or by name. Historical entries migrated without an author digest cannot be matched back to an author. Anonymous mute and unmute actions do not send direct messages; a muted person is notified when a later submission is refused.
The Bots operate through Discord, so requested responses and public feature output are sent through Discord. Molina’s translate command sends the text selected for translation, the source language, and the target language to OpenAI for processing. Do not submit sensitive or private text for translation. OpenAI processes that data under the terms applicable to the operator’s API account.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the services, or to infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host and operate the Bots.
Operational records are generally retained while the relevant feature, moderation need, event, or account relationship remains active, and may remain until a valid deletion request is completed. Records may be removed earlier when no longer needed or when a feature is retired. Dew’s daily backups may temporarily retain database records for recovery; backups created before the journal anonymity migration are purged during deployment so they do not retain raw anonymous-author IDs.
You can choose not to use optional Bot features or submit content. Subject to applicable law and legitimate moderation, security, and operational needs, you may ask what information is associated with you or request correction or deletion. We may need your Discord user ID and reasonable verification to locate records. Anonymous journal content may be impossible to associate with you because the database does not retain your raw identity.
We use reasonable access controls and keep the journal hash key outside the database, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The Bots are not directed to children below the minimum age required for Discord in their country. We may update this policy when features or practices change and will revise the effective date above.
