Terms of Service
These terms apply to Molina, Dew, Dexter, and Detona (the “Bots”), community services operated for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang – Philippines Discord community. By using a Bot, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and platform rules
You must be permitted to use Discord and the server where a Bot is installed. Your use must follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and the applicable server rules.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the Bots to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or invade another person’s privacy;
- submit unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, malicious, or rights-infringing content;
- spam, evade moderation, manipulate events or rewards, or abuse bugs and automation;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or obtain unauthorized access to the Bots or their data.
3. User content
You remain responsible for messages, reminders, journal entries, game IDs, event submissions, and other content you provide. You grant us permission to process and display that content only as needed to operate, moderate, secure, and improve the requested Bot feature.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Server staff may remove content, restrict Bot features, mute journal submissions, reverse rewards, or block access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, server rules, or platform requirements. Anonymous journal entries are not exempt from content rules.
5. Virtual items and events
Dew’s balances, experience, event entries, rewards, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable outside the supported features, and may be adjusted when needed to correct abuse, errors, or event administration.
6. Availability and changes
The Bots are provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms as the Bots or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will be updated.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Bots. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the information used by each Bot, including Dew’s journal anonymity design and Molina’s OpenAI-powered translation feature.
